 Frati Luigi S.p.A., based in Pomponesco (MN), has reached the highest standard as a fully qualified Company for manufacturing of raw and melamine
particleboard. So much so that it can assure its customers of a very efficient and punctual service, thanks to the flexibility of production of the company. For manufacturing of raw particleboard they are using two production lines (with a total capacity about 2.200 c.m. per day): one production line is used to meet the requirements of raw particleboard market and the other one is used for manufacturing of melamine particleboard. Frati Luigi S.p.A is actually more specialised in
melamine particleboard sector and takes care of the constant high quality of its products and continuous design and stylistics research. In order to achieve these results the Company cooperates with professional experts experienced in architecture, design and colour fields. Six lines for production of melamine particleboard have a daily capacity of 126.000 sq.m. In 1999 Frati Luigi S.p.A started its pioneering in the search for new decorations and trimmings, and concerning this we remember the project called "i superficiALI", whose target was the absolute synergy among furniture-maker, architect and printer. In 2008 Frati introduced itself into the market with a new research and development team called
Tailoring Division; with the purpose of initiating a strong synergy with its clients in order to look for new solutions aimed even more at using of melamine particleboard.
